Administration Manager (Arab National )
We are Recruiting Administration Manager for a Leading company in UAE.
Role : Administration Manager
Preferred Nationality : Arab (Lebanese / Egypt / Emirate ) Nationals
Graduate, MBA (HR) + 10-12 Years experience on similar positions
- The candidate should be capable to supervise daily operations of our company and be well aware of UAE rules and regulations. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments including but not limited to: managing HR related activities, visa and license renewals, keeping an updated employee records, timely insurance renewals should take place, ensuring all files are in order, in-charge of employees logistic tracking and coordination (transportation / accommodation) and generate weekly reports on all responsibilities.
- Experience in all possible administration works including Human Resources, Government Relations, Dealerships, Accounting & Finance.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Education Qualification 1: Bachelor in Any Specialization
Education Qualification 2: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgt (M.B.A)
